All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, your order will not be accepted and MARIA ATIENZA Online Shop will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Any shipment will be prepared just when the payment will be confirmed and authorized. It will be dispatched from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
Any order received out will be prepared the next work day. Please, let us your phone number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item may not be used, washed or damaged, with its original tag and in the same condition that you received it and if it possible with its original packaging
Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 15 days count until the day you ship the product back to us, even if we receive it later than that period.
Send us an email to the following address email@example.com , telling us the reasons you want to return it and we will guide you on what you have to do. Remember not to throw the invoice that we sent with the godos because it will be required to complete your return.
The customer is in charge for the shipment of the duty. In case you receive a faulty/damaged item, we will refund you also the shipment, once received and checked.
